Our office is located is located in Marshall MN off North 7th street on Heritage Circle. Most of our properties are located in or near Marshall MN. 

We have a wide variety of homes. We also have duplexes and small apartment buildings, and some commercial properties.

We start with an application that will permit us to preform a background check. The "Application" tab can be found at the top of this page. The fee that is attached to the application can be paid using our "Pay Online" tab also found at the top of this page. You may personally view any of our available properties on this website or in person to find the one that best suits your needs. Once you have found a suitable fit, we will write up a rental contract. We ask that you pay a lease deposit, typically equal to one months rent for the property you have chosen. Then, before exchange of keys, we ask that you have all necessary utilities transferred to your name. In some properties we pay the utility bills.

Yes. We do not focus on credit score but upon indications of character. We want the best quality tenants that will respect our properties and neighbors. 

Some locations are conducive for pets while others are not. An open conversation about your pets will allow us to have a better idea about which properties are best suited to your needs. Pets will require an additional deposit which is refundable at the end of your tenancy if appropriate.
